Updated exhibitor information will be provided shortly, including a new Expo date and reduced fees for participating as a way to help everyone out in this economy. Please check back for the updated documents.
Hi!
We're so glad you're interested in being a Vendor, Healer, Practitioner, Intuitive, or Animal Rescue organization at the Serene Spirit Holistic Expo & Gem Show
SM. For a quick overview of the expo, see the Expo Info link on the home page.
There are two important downloads for exhibitors: the Info Kit and the Contract Packet.
The other downloads are to help you be sucessful as an exhibitor. The Coupons download provides discount admission coupons to print and hand out to anyone and everyone. Sprinkle the "white light" wherever you go! There's no way to tell who's looking for exactly this kind of show to attend. So be generous in handing out coupons because each couponredeemed with your business name on the back counts towards a rebate on your booth! More on that in the Info Kit.
The flyers have a coupon attached to the bottom. The advantage to the flyers is that you don't have to explain the Expo, just hand people a flyer. The flyers can also be posted in store windows, on bulletin boards, you get the idea. The poster is almost the same as the flyers, except that it doesn't have a coupon and includes a kitten photo as extra visual interest.
And lastly, the 12 Tips for Success are some helpful ideas acquired from experience. Feedback on them, as with everything, is welcome.
explains everything (we think) that you will want to know to participate in this Expo. If you are experienced at Expos, some of the information may seem superfluous. That’s okay; just skip over those parts. The Info Kit was written particularly for exhibitors who may be new to expos, or expos of this kind. And then there are other exhibitors, like us, who find lots of information preferable to having to second-guess what’s going on.
Contents of the Info Kit includes:
Intro letter
Business side of the Expo: e.g., contract, licenses, insurance, etc.
All about booths: categories, location, operation, etc.
At the Expo: set-up, tear-down, and everything in between
The Contract Packet includes:
Contract
Checklist of topics you might be interested in presenting as workshops or lectures after the Expo
Exhibitor agreement – liability and legal stuff to protect the Expo from people who don’t use common sense
Booth rebate information – an opportunity to get up to a $50 rebate on your booth cost!
The Contract and Exhibitor Agreement can be submitted any time up to September 15, with a 50% deposit. Tuesday, September 15, is the postmark deadline for contract submission, as well as any balance due. A copy of your vendor’s license (or a copy of your application) must also be postmarked by September 15if you will be selling anything at the Expo.
You also need:
To read the Info Kit and Contract Packet, you will need Adobe Reader (or a similar program for PDF files) installed on your computer. It’s a free download fromhttp://get.adobe.com/reader/, and safely used by millions of businesses and home computers. Be sure to save the Expo files to your computer so that you can print them out and/or refer to them as needed. (Always use anti-virus software to download anything from the Internet.)
You might also be interested in checking out the Photos page to see the Exhibit Hall, outdoor booth locations, and horse barn. While the building looks one-story from the outside, inside the Exhibit Hall, the celing soars to two stories, so the Hall is very airy (and air-conditioned!)
